Order Policy
We encourage you to place your order in-store as this can assist with any questions you may have.
Please allow at least one week notice for all orders.
Each order is made to order therefore, orders are non-refundable and will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be confirmed.
We require minimum of 72 hours notice for any changes.
Custom Orders
Any baked good that requires customization such as decoration (color, edible images, sprinkles), flavors, fillings, and size would be considered a custom order.
You can order large quantities (e.g, 15+ cemitas, 25+ mix flavor conchas/churros, etc.) of our everyday baked goods to ensure we have the amount you need, particularly during the holidays, since our products sell out quickly.
Cancellation
Cancellations must done at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is not given, due to the costs incurred in preparing and prioritizing your order.
Rush Order
Rush order made within 72 hours of the desired date must be paid in full. Once placed, orders are FINAL and will be subject to a rush fee.
Pick Up
Please make sure you (or a designee) are punctual when picking up your order. We understand that sometimes you might lose track of time, and if the order is not picked-up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a message reminder may be sent to the phone number provided. However, if you think you're going to be late, please call us, as we may not be available; please be aware of our business or holiday hours.
Once your order leaves the premises, we are not responsible for any damage occurring during transport or setup.
Orders that could not be picked up after we were notified, we will hold it for up to 24 hours before disposing of it.
No-show orders will be disposed. You are responsible for the remaining balance.
Care
Transportation: Cakes must be transported on a flat, level surface in a well-conditioned vehicle.
Storage: Keep cakes refrigerated. Keep in mind that temperature and humidity can affect the quality of the cake.
Quality Issues
For any issues with your order please contact us immediately and return the full product within 24 hours. Product after 24 hours or not in full will not be refunded.
ALLERGY NOTICE: All products made in our bakery may come in contact with allergens including but not limited to: Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Nuts, Wheat, etc. We advise all customers to proceed with caution.
